In 2008, with the aim of constantly improving the quality of the services offered, the company decided to introduce a Quality Management Service that led to its certification in accordance with the ISO 9001:2000 Standard in June 2009 and the ISO 9001:2008 Standard in April 2010.
The quality system is implemented through the use of a company management software called Copernico, which supports Project Managers in recording and managing the 200 monthly projects in such a way as to guarantee compliance with all quality requirements plus full traceability.
