Language service quality is intimately linked to the professional abilities of those providing it.
In addition to the professionals working inside the company, Interconsul also works with over 100 freelance translators and interpreters who have been selected according to a procedure that guarantees the quality of their work.
The minimum requisite for being recognised as an Interconsul translator and/or interpreter is a Bachelor’s Degree awarded by an Italian University or an equivalent foreign qualification, preferably in language-related subjects, and above all those designed specifically for interpreters and translators.
The internal staff selection procedure is broken down into four categories:
1. translators
2. business interpreters
3. simultaneous/consecutive/chuchotage interpreters
4. hostesses and stewards
